These 3 top pros and cons of living in the beach town of Ormond by the Sea, Florida are to be considered. It is a long time dream for most people to live by the Beach. It was a long time dream of mine. Growing up on the Jersey Shore I was less than a 10 minute drive to the beach and Branchport River. For most part of my life I have lived at or near the beach and River. As a beach home resident now, I feel truly Blessed to be able to own a piece of real estate in Paradise. There are definitely some pros and cons to living the beach life. This blog is specific to Ormond by the Sea, Florida.  

Pros:
